KEH & Associates, Inc. (KEH) was formed in 2006 and has grown into a highly respected firm providing engineering and consultancy services in the water, wastewater and recycled water industry throughout Southern California.  We provide full spectrum water, wastewater and recycled water engineering, planning, design, program management and construction management services. Our team consists of professional engineers, CADD designers and support staff with experience ranging from 2 to 45 years with an extensive network of resources within the Southern California region.

 

KEH’s mission is to provide client-focused professional services by committing industry recognized water, wastewater and recycled water experts to client projects.  We utilize technical innovations and apply proven experience to solve our client’s project challenges, continually delivered on schedule and within budget parameters. Ken Hume, P.E.

Mr. Hume has over 30 years of engineering design, construction and facility startup/operation of public water and wastewater facilities. He has served in executive capacity with major international firms with direct responsibilities for local, regional and national operations. Mr. Hume has special expertise in alter-native project delivery including Design-Build, CM-at-Risk and Design-Build-Finance-Operate contracts. His technical experience emphasizes design and pro-ject management, planning and construction of water and wastewater reclamation facilities for municipalities and public agencies. He has served on numerous constructability and operability review committees and has led the startup teams for large advanced treatment facilities that included state of the art membrane treatment and advanced ultraviolet disinfection facilities.

Ray Fakhoury, P.E.

Mr. Ray Fakhoury has over 25 years of experience in all types of water, wastewater and recycled water engineering projects including the preparation of technical studies, condition assessments, preliminary designs, full engineering design, design/bid/build documents, and design/build projects. He has provided service to over 30 different public, federal and municipal agencies throughout Southern California. Mr. Fakhoury specializes in managing large multi-faceted programs and has completed over 100 projects ranging from $20,000 to $5 million in design fees. He has planned and/or designed over 100 miles of pipeline ranging in diameter from 8 to 114 inches, over 30 pump and lift stations from 0.5 to 100 MGD, and performed condition assessments and rehabilitation for numerous pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants throughout Southern California.

Managing Engineer

Mr. Ryan Gallagher has experience in the planning, design and construction support services for water, recycled water and wastewater systems projects. This experience includes providing project management and engineering duties for booster pumping stations, pipelines, tanks, groundwater treatment plants using various membrane systems, wastewater treatment plants, chemical system design and hydraulic modeling for water, recycled water and wastewater. In addition, he also has experience with construction management activities for water supply projects.
